Provision of technical support services to assist Fusion for Energy (F4E) in monitoring the implementation of a separate contract (F4E-OPE-319) that will provide F4E with the design, manufacturing and qualification (or commissioning) of a high heat flux (HHF) test facility (TF) for ITER in-vessel components (IVCs).
